Mimi's Bistro Bakery

For my review #432, I would like it to land here at Mimi 's Cafe, Yorba Linda, CA. My OC friends and I had a dine-in experience last weekend on Saturday, Dec/17/22, lunch hour for our Christmas gathering here at Mimi 's Cafe, Yorba Linda, CA. Since I was not in a hurry to rush out of North OC that day, I stuck around here and Brea for a bit before driving home. Our waiter, Jackson was very efficient and helpful. I think we gave him a $15 tip total between the 3 of us adults and a 6-year old (my friend 's son. . My friends ordered Mimi 's Cafe 's pasta dishes while I uncovered they now served Crepes!!!! It turned out my friends ended up liking my dish more than their own pasta dishes and kept asking me how I found the Ham and Swiss Crepe dish. I told them that came from 5-years of being a Yelp Elite because that 's what we do, we take time to 'study ' the menu. Or at least speaking for myself, I do! My dish resulted extremely tasty that I had to save 1/2 of my crepes since there were 2 rolls for next day 's lunch. We all appreciated being escorted to a private booth that was actually directly across from the bar area. Here 's my break down of Mimi 's Cafe, Yorba Linda, CA. Customer Service 5/5, (Topnotch as we all got an extra drink of what each of us ordered, to go as free refill. Jackson was very efficient and attentive but not overly pushy. Restaurant Decorations 5/5 it was fully decorated and ready for Christmas/22. We enjoyed our private looking booth directly across from the bar, thank you, hostess! Food Quality 5/5 yummm. Will be back even if it may just be a take out. You bet I 'm going for that Ham and Swiss Crepes I ordered again! But please bring back your dearly beloved, 'Chinese Chicken Salad! I made reservations for six, I didn't really need to because it wasn't very crowded. Our server was Feliciano he was pretty good. I wanted an old-fashioned and he showed me the different bourbons they had and I picked the one I wanted. Three people had wine, one had a blue moon and my sister-in-law had a daiquiri. All of us were happy. My two brother-in-law's had fishing chips, myself, and another sister-in-law had salmon. I chose as my two sides, broccoli and potatoes au gratin. She had a baked potato and green beans. My other sister-in-law had the pot pie and my husband had a chicken dinner and it came with rice pilaf. Everyone enjoyed their meals. I had tiramisu way too big, so I brought most of it home, and one of my sister-in-law's had crème brûlée. I'm sorry this place isn't busier because the food is good and reasonable. I remember having to wait in line.

This is my go to place for my daughter and I! The service has been great with the food even better. You must have the lava cake, and take muffins for breakfast the next day. Today Justine had amazing service !

I like the breakfast here, although their blackened chicken Cesar salad for lunch or dinner is also great Lobster bisque is also a must On weekend mornings be prepared to wait 20ish mins

This is my mom's and I favorite place to grab a bite to eat! You cannot go wrong with the French onion soup and buttermilk spice muffin . The servers are very friendly!
