Unfortunately, this restaurant is one of the worst dining experiences in Montrose. My first visit was unsatisfactory, but I decided to give it another chance, only to find it even worse than before. The wait times for food were excessive, and it just wasn't worth the high prices. Our waitress, who was Spanish, was extremely rude and seemed to prioritize the table next to us, which was occupied by a group of white men. They received much more attention than any other table, and it was clear that the other patrons were visibly frustrated by this. They charged almost $5 for a glass of milk. When asked about this, we were told it’s because it was a “large” glass of milk. Nobody ordered a large, but also the glass itself was half the size of our water glasses.They also advertise their vegetarian options as “beyond,” including the “beyond bowl” and the “beyond burrito.”Neither of these have Beyond meat (the mean substitute) in them, which is what the term implies. Our waitress, who spoke Spanish, was quite rude throughout our visit. Interestingly, she seemed to spend most of her time attending to the table beside us, which had only White men. They received significantly more attention than anyone else, and it was clear that the other diners were noticeably frustrated. At one point, she even flirted with them.
I nearly choked on my water when I saw the bill—breakfast for three came to over $70! Furthermore, it appears that the military discount is only available to the veteran himself, not applicable to the entire table, and his coffee wasn’t even discounted.
Overall, I found this experience very disappointing, and we do not intend to return.
I went to the restaurant for dinner today, and although my sister and her husband liked their meals, my experience was quite the opposite. My enchiladas, rice, and beans were extremely disappointing—cold, tasteless, and unappealing. On the bright side, the waitress was very kind and offered to bring me a melt instead, but it ended up being just two slices of lunch meat on plain, untoasted bread. I definitely won't be coming back. While the waitress was fantastic, the food did not meet expectations, and the prices were unreasonably high. Overall, I'm really dissatisfied.

I'm not exactly sure on the pricing. I did a to go order the other day and it didn't sit right with me for the price.I ordered a quesadilla, steak light cheese. Asked for cilantro and onionsto be put in it.This was to go, sat down, drank a glass of water. Tipped too.It came out to 20 dollars. I mean I wasn't ordering a lot, but honestly for what it was I felt that was VERY expensive. Is this normal?I paided cash as well because I know some business have to pay the banks fee to run a card.
Very disappointed. I ordered the Cali club. The turkey was processed lunch meat and it was burnt. The bacon was undercooked which made the sandwich greasy. My daughter’s hamburger was dry. $3.25 for 1 slice of toast on the side. $2.00 charge for using my credit card. Not a fan! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
At the new Mimos location on North Townsend, you've really done a fantastic job! The food is just as delicious as at the original spot, and now they have a fleet license too! We were thrilled to see our favorite waitress, Natalie, there; she is always so attentive and kind! We can’t wait to try dinner there!
The food was great, but the service and atmosphere really need improvement.

This place always delivers! I have been coming here since they opened and it's always excellent food. Today I had the Southwest biscuit scramble which was superb.
