I am writing to inform that my doctors have said it is likely I caught food poisoning at this restaurant sushi). I ate food in the evening at around 10pm and then early the next morning my symptoms started. I have had horrendous food poisoning symptoms now for 7 days and the doctor said this is bacterial food poisoning, more likely to come from raw fish. I am only writing because I am concerned for the other guests at the restaurant. After writing to the restaurant I got no reply, they have showed no interest to make changes into the food safety I am still very unwell and did not eat anything else apart from sushi before the symptoms started.
Una cena de 10 en este restaurante tan especial por estar dentro del hotel Ushuaia. Elegimos un día que no había fiesta para cenar más tranquilos. Cada uno de los platos superó nuestras expectativas con una mezcla de sabores y texturas realmente sorprendentes. El brioche de anguila y el carabinero con hoja de shiso nos volaron la cabeza. Un 10 para su chef Laurence, el sushiman Sergio y en general todo el equipo que estaban siempre atentos y nos trataron de maravilla. Lo único malo es que nos dio vergüenza chupar los platos... y daba mucha pena dejar esas salsas tan ricas.
Never experienced such an awful restaurant before the service is a straight “take it or leave it” attitude (when they can be bothered to attend the table)! And the good well if you like Japanese food avoid this at all costs they don’t even know how to cut the fish; the “hot” dishes arrive cold (even on the 2nd attempt). The only things that are top about this restaurant are it’s prices and it’s attitude!! Nothing is too little for them! Truly awful in all dimensions!
El mejor japonés de Ibiza. Fui con unos amigos y nos sorprendió cada plato que probamos. Una calidad de los pescados increíble, cada bocado te transportaba al paraíso. Además los chefs se pasaban por la mesa para explicarnos los platos y el servicio fue de 10. El bao de bacalao nos encantó. Si duda volvimos a casa habiendo disfrutado de una gran experiencia gastronómica en uno de los mejores restaurantes de Ibiza.

de los mejores japoneses que conozco. muy buena comida con productos de primera calidad. caro pero según el producto. No pongo 5* porque creo que por el precio de las bebidas éstas deben ser frías; y porque percibimos un servicio algo inocupado incluso si era posible para el final de la fatiga de la temporada. De todos modos, seguramente repetiremos en las próximas salidas a ibiza.
I went to dinner with my partner and I can only describe it as spectacular. the treatment received by the service was exceptional, especially by alina and stephany. We enjoyed an amazing quality meal, delicious, with a presentation of ten for the chef's laurence. wishing to repeat the experience!
Todo comienza cruzando la puerta. la decoración y los hombres sushi son lo primero que atrae la atención. la preparación de los platos, la combinación de sabores y la calidad de la comida junto con la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal hacen de la cena en minami una experiencia única.
Back again in our favorite Japanese restaurant Minami Ibiza last evening and again did Alina her best to give us the best sushi and tuna dishes with a nice cocktail and a glas of red Muga and everything was great again see you next year Alina and team
