Mina's Spanish Kitchen

We traveled from NYC to Minas Spanish Cuisine, which was over an hour drive, and it was absolutely worth it! The food quality is outstanding, and the house-made drinks (lemonade and passion fruit) are to die for. After enjoying a meal that will definitely leave you feeling satisfied, you're just two steps away from a great dessert at 32 Scoops. I can’t wait to return and highly recommend it!

The restaurant met all my expectations. I had a Cubano, which was slightly dry, but I'm definitely open to trying it again. I noticed the interior; while the staff was very friendly, the decor could use some improvement. However, the focus should be on the food, and I'm willing to come back for that.

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed. The food was incredible, and the service was outstanding. Every employee did a fantastic job. It was a great experience for my family, which consisted of over 20 people. I highly recommend dining here!

Easter Day I was in a trap for dinner. We called Minas in New Windsor and ordered a typical latin meal for our family to pick up. The food was delicious, servings were perfect, price was super affordable, and service was friendly and fast! What else should I ask?

I just want to thank Mina and the team for coming through for us in a time of sorrow. Our friend passed away and we needed a couple of platters last minute to take to the family. They were able to help us and it was much appreciated. Thank you!
