Ming's Roast Chinese

What a surprise! Four of us shared the salt and pepper silk, special roasted rice, Hong Kong crispy duck and the cattle noodles were all excellent meals. The serving sizes were very generous and we expected that we needed pick-up containers (which were provided), but it all tasted so well that we ate everything! Definitely recommend.

It was well worth visit. I'll be back again. The Chinese food is not your regular cheap Chinese from fast food venues. The sweet and sour pork is the best I've ever tried. The tender juicy pork, covered in a crispy batter, is coated in a delicousd sour sauce. You must try the roast duck!

I have eaten a few times at Ming’s Roast and the food is always delicious! My favorite dish is the crispy pig bell! The cracking is very crispy and the pig is not dry. It's also delicious. Definitely very authentic Chinese restaurant in Toowoomba.

we had the special fried rice, beef noodles (exquisite) and crispy pork! the most authentic Chinese cuisine in Australia! the staff is very proud of the food they prepare and right! next time we've lost it!
