Ordered from here a few times, only once have they gotten the order right and delivered on time. The food is cold when it gets to you and it's really not worth the wait. An hour and fifteen minutes after ordering to be told they haven't even started on it. Then getting hung up on because they didn't like complaints. If you're that busy that you can't even begin on an order for over an hour, maybe tell the customer? Not happy.
fatima homemade Portuguese custard tarts are amazing! the best thing I have tried in melbourne since the visit portugals! They are crisp, creamy and so delicious! They have to try them on the dozens because you are never enough! I ordered them as gifts to friends and they enjoyed them very much. the delivery at the weekend ensures a unique and delicious afternoon pleasure when visiting family and friends. best with coffee!
Delivered almost 2 hours from time of online order. 1 hour late. Food was cold and dry. Probably due to the late delivery. Chips were like brown bullets Kebab box meat was dry, but the garlic sauce with cheese was really oily. Souvlaki was dry and pita was cracked. Southern fried chicken was actually really tasty. Won’t be ordering online again.
The snack pack was also hit or miss; it was wonderful the first time, but during my second visit, the meat was so tough that I had to spit it out. The first portion had beautifully shaved meat, while the second had thick, chewy chunks of fat. It's disappointing to see such a level of inconsistency because there is real potential here... Absolutely disappointed, I ordered roasted pork and rice using Uber eats the food arrived just pork and rice without the salad and gravy as in the menu picture. Won’t be ordering from this restaurant again Not even worth the price i’m paying $12.00 just for the piece of pork and rice. Not a good deal!
