Mini Donut Factory

Hello! I hope the manager sees this because I wanted to commend two of your employees who worked at the Chicago Ridge Mall location on Halloween night (10/31/19). I believe the young man's name was Abdel and the young woman’s name was Ashley. They were handling a long line of customers and did an outstanding job. Having worked in retail myself, I know how easy it is to get overwhelmed when there are so many customers. They certainly felt the pressure, but they worked diligently to make sure every customer was attended to.
