Min's Kitchen is exceptionally vegan-friendly, with the owner going above and beyond to meet your dietary needs. I loved the Thai ice cream made from coconut milk with boba—truly delightful. The sweet broth soup was free of fish sauce in the noodles, making it perfect for anyone avoiding fish products. The sizzling gluten with peanut sauce was equally delicious. It's a fantastic place for lunch, offering a diverse menu filled with many curry options.
The food was not bad. The Pad See-Ew was pretty good and so was the BBQ pork. The seasoning wasn?t overpowering, which I liked. The workers were friendly, too. We plan to return to try their other dishes. We went back and tried their Green Curry, whichwas too watery. Their BBQ Chicken was too dry for my liking. So, I guess the food can be a bit hit-and-miss.
I have been a friend of this restaurant since the 80s, my first introduction to Angel wings! I just wanted the family that I made it to Chiang Mai. 3 years now. Thanks
