Minsky's is hands down the best pizza in KC, and the Prairie Village location is wonderful! The limited edition Italian Beef pizza is amazing and I hope it hangs around for a long time. Our pizza and salads arrived promptly and in great condition, thanks to delivery driver Reed. We'll be ordering again really soon! We love Minskys! It is a KC staple, we always get it when we have friends visiting. Their gluten free crust is awesome and I can always count on them to get our order correct! We go every week and are warmly greeted and brought our drinks right away. Whether it’s Laney, Elsie, Halona, Lilly, or any of the waitstaff helping us, we know we’ll be treated well. Excellent service every time I come in, especially during the insanely busy takeout time on Friday nights. Zoey, Cade and Hannah run this location like a well-oiled machine and I couldn't be happier with their service. It's the meal I look forward to the most every week.
