Went to this restaurant this evening...never again. There were of us in our party, ordered the lamb wraps, I think they come from the fridge and not the grill!! Complained to the waiter who then proceeded to put one of the dinners in the microwave which then came back with a heated salad, we then spoke to a lady waitress who also disappeared and when the waiter came to clear our plates we told him that the food was cold to which he said of our party were missing when the food was served, which was wrong as we were all sitting waiting for our food..admittedly they took the meals off the bikk but we should not of had to have this as we went in for a decent meal and expected it to be...will not...
I went with around of my work colleagues the restaurant is big but inviting , we were seated and that's where the service stopped. Nobody asked what we wanted to drink we had to keep on asking for drinks??? The food arrived which is pretty average but I've had better in the area, the service was abysmal........ The dessert menu came and nobody came to take our order.... needless to say I won't be returning and there are far better turkish restaurant's in the area
I was extremely disappointed with my dining experience at the restaurant. The food was only warm and I decided to avoid the wine and orange juice options. Although it was stated that the restaurant was not suitable for children, I ended up sitting next to a staircase where three children ran up and down, screaming throughout the entire evening. It was claimed that they were there before I arrived, but I find it hard to believe that they were there first.

If you're looking for a night filled with atrocious service, this is the place to be! Ordering a double Turkish raki? Be prepared to be overcharged if you opt for a bottle instead. And if you inquire about the poor service, expect nothing but rudeness. Are you ready for a night of frustration and disappointment?

if someone wants to spend a terrible night with a terabyte service, then that is the place! a double Turkish raki is it, but if they order a bottle of those double, they will charge them that is more than the price, and if they ask why the service will be absolutely terrible. have you been having fun?
