The dining experience was exceptional, and I would definitely recommend it again. However, the service did not quite live up to the positive reviews I had read. It felt a bit like being at Karen's Diner; instead of having our meals served to us, we had to go and collect them ourselves. I suggest that management hold a meeting with all staff to encourage them to be more friendly and attentive to customer requests. On the bright side, the food was delicious!
The staff understood the importance of gluten-free options for those with celiac disease. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the food was excellent. Additionally, the Newmarket location was very clean and had a reassuring atmosphere. Overall, a high-quality experience.

I always order the banana cream dessert, and it's consistently delicious, especially with their homemade caramel sauce! It's so tasty, and the staff members are wonderful. Overall, I give 5 stars for the food and 5 stars for the service.
