Amazing experience. I was jonesing for chicken and Miss Kim did not disappoint. My fried chicken with slaw, mac cheese , and Jalapeno corn bread was (and I NEVER say this) all great food. The chicken was moist and fried and the right kinda spices. Their slaw has a nice flavor and not bland like most. The corn bread was the perfect mix of corny-jalapinio goodness. And I will claim that the Mac cheese is the best I 've had in the oside area...seriously...great cheesy/savory flavor. My buddy 's were equally impressed with the pulled pork sammys and the fries... nice crispy tasty snacks (no need to ask them to be extra cooked). Thank you X10
From this place for some beers stopped and finally get the ribs, chicken and gumbo. The ribs were perfectly cooked. A decent bite and great taste. They didn't need a sauce and paired well with the sweet corn cake with which they were served. The chicken was also excellent. The boned legs had an excellent bread and juicy meat. A few Dabs of the Tabasco sauce helped to balance the dish. Big gum! Although she was a laurel leaf that had to be fished from our cup, I would definitely get the rubber again! The atmosphere had a wonderful Louisiana Blues Bar Vibe
Epic! Summer of the best BBQ I've ever had! Super fresh, unique dishes, rivals NOLA Cajun food for sure. Gumbo is insane, fried chicken, waffles, catfish and ribs all amazing, including most unique **** Mary in the world, spoiler, comes with ribs on top! Great fast service too. Expensive though and busy, touristy. I'll be back for sure!
Pig sandwich, fries and iced tea with lemon. ? Stop for lunch and look forward to my next visit. Friendly service, good food, good music and adult drinks? this place is great. Many wall art in the dining area and bathroom. I?d definitely recommend this place as the food is good and the prices are?t sky high.
