As someone who follows a gluten-free diet for health reasons, I have to say that I really enjoyed this restaurant. The taste and tenderness of the meat were impressive, and I appreciated the variety of BBQ sauces available. I also want to mention the honesty of the staff; I had to inquire about the cornbread since it wasn't marked as gluten-free on the menu—it's important to note that it isn't gluten-free. Thankfully, I had no adverse reactions from the potato salad, slaw, or green beans, and the potato salad had a uniquely good flavor. My wife agrees that this is a spot we would visit again! I really love Mission! Their ribs, pork, and mac and cheese are amazing—definitely can't go wrong with any of those. The black plate special this week looks really appealing as well. Let's support our troops and police. God bless America, and let's pray for our country. Overall, I give the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5!

As a man who is very VERY particular about his ribs I can safely say this place smashed my expectations. Usually most places I order ribs from I leave disappointed because it’s bland. They also have different options for BBQ sauce so pick your poison! Highly recommended. Price per person: $50–100 Recommended dishes: Spare Ribs, Cornbread

I visited Mission BBQ on Hull Street for a two-item combo, choosing the lean brisket and turkey plate. The food was outstanding, and the flavors were exceptional.
