We waited approximately an hour and a half for chicken parmesan and chicken wings. During that time, we saw three young men seated about half an hour after us receive their chicken wings first. Additionally, another table that had started with two people and later expanded to six was served before us as well. There seemed to be a significant breakdown either in the kitchen or with the order processing.
The manager's handling of the situation left much to be desired. We were recommended this restaurant by several other places while traveling, so this experience was particularly disappointing. I hope the manager gains more training in conflict management. Sometimes the answer isn’t to comp th...
I wish I could give a food rating for this visit, but after driving almost 2 hours just to go to Mister Ups, they were closed. I checked the website the day before and morning of for hours open. They lost a lot of business, because at least 2 other groups walked up to the door and were as shocked as us. We met a few other groups walking through town that had tried going as well. Overall their food is great and eating on the deck along the Otter Creek is pretty. Just call before going.
This is just such a fun pub and restaurant. Our bartender Mary was incredible. She's very attentive and makes sure your glasses. Wonderful suggestions. The food is fantastic also. They even have Clown Shoes Brewery beer, one of my favorites. We frequently camp in this area and will definitely be back. Worth the trip! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a large family dinner on the outdoor patio. Delicious food and generous portions and attentive staff! Watching the Otter Creek go by was lovely bonus!
