Mister walker has a 5 star location, but it's a shame the food and service aren't on par. Have been here twice now - once for a casual brunch for 2 - we shared the meat tray (ordinary) and the grilled fish tacos (which were sadly bland and dry). The service was quite good on this particular day. Returned to try their breakfast some months later and we ordered green eggs and the harvest with coffees. Again, the dishes were average at best (taste and presentation), but the worst was when one of the staff members thought it was appropriate to start loudly vacuuming around our table at 11:15am and asked us if we were "almost done" so they could get the table ready for lunch. Planned dinner on a Wednesday night. Restaurant was busy but well under control. The staff were professional, friendly and attentive without being over bearing. The ambience was perfect, great views, lighting, appropriate volume of the music (not loud!), and ambient noise still allowed for conversation. The food was fantastic. We had the rabbit 2-ways and the pasta with slow cooked brisket. Perfect size, temperature and taste. We even managed a dessert to share - highly recommend the sticky date pancakes. Thank you Mister Walker, we will definitely be back :-)
I wholeheartedly DO NOT recommend Mister Walker for coeliacs. The brioche although marked gfo on website was not available as gf. I then ordered the gf granola as per the menu. When it came out 90% of it was oats. I tried to explain oats are not gf and had two waitresses and the chef argue with me that it was. Clearly they are misinformed and arrogant enough to think they know better. It is only a matter of time before they make someone very sick. Stay away!
A nice area of Perth that I had never been to before. Lovely location on the waterfront. Very relaxed atmosphere, service was great. The breakfast menu had a lot of variety, had the harvest breakfast which was a perfect size and delicious! Coffee was great. Used the entertainment card, so got a good discount. I'd love to return to try there evening menu.

Located on the South Perth Jetty, fabulous location for a lazy Sunday afternoon lunch.We shared two platters among 4 people, one seafood the other meat and bothwere scrumptious, generous servings and an excellent variety. The staff were all terrific, great service by all of them I am really looking forward to heading their again.
Saturday lunch at mr. walker was brilliant. beautiful sunny weather and Christmas-proof meant that the restaurant was busy and the outdoor dining area was a function. but the staff didn't miss a beat. great, friendly service and delicious food. we loved the lemon chili tintenfisch and barramundi. would go back to any case.
We enjoyed the location for a pleasant coffee. Good ambience, pleasant staff and great location on the Mends Street Jetty. We had hoped to sit outside, but weather made that unwise, and were pleased to be inside. There is street parking nearby, requiring a ticket, but the first hour is free. Will certainly return.
My hubby and I dined at MW for breakfast on the weekend. The coffees were well made and the food was delicious. I had the pumpkin and artichoke and my hubby had the mint pulled lamb on a potato rosti. If you're after breakfast (or lunch or dinner) with a view at a reasonable price, I recommend looking at MW.

Great morning views on a clear day. Breakfast wasn't too bad and service was decent (it wasn't busy when we got there which was around 8am). Price wise it's around $40-$50 for a couple which is I would say is normal for a cafe like this. Good cafe to start or end your morning walk.
