My opinion concerns the restaurant, having not been to the hotel. The restaurant is one of the best restaurants I have visited, and not just because of the (excellent) quality of the food, but the whole experience. It was one of those restaurant dinners we had in the old days, which are becoming increasingly rare these days. An impeccable team (a big thank you to the entire staff team for the great time) extremely kind, a boss attentive to the smallest details and of course, succulent dishes.
Located at the bottom end of the city, Mistral is both an hôtel and a restaurant. We tried it for dinner and we were welcome. It was even possible to adopt the pension dinner (out of the normal menu). It shows that these guys are...nice. The only issue I would have is that the people here do not speak French, but GErman and English are both OK.
Very good cuisine, great dishes and Swiss delicacies, great ambience and very warm and good service. Price-performance ratio is great. The restaurant is close to the slopes and I would highly recommend it. Thank you very much for the hospitality and the great food. We would love to come back.

Mmm very fine, true friendly. We were also very pleased that we were welcomed by the Wirtenfämely. Hats off, unfortunately there is very little. Thank you very much, see you soon.
Super friendly service, the food tastes incredibly good. The waiting time was also surprisingly short. We will eat there again.
The service was very friendly even though we waited a while for a rosti with egg it was nice but not fantastic for the price
