Mix n Mac is one of my go-to places for a delicious meal. Even though the service can be slow compared to other places (about 20 minutes), every meal is made to order. My girlfriend, who has Celiac's Disease, is able to safely eat here due to their incredibly diverse menu and devotion to safety. The staff is always incredibly friendly and communicative, and often decorate the bags, which brightens my day! (see below) Not to mention, the food is innovative and absolutely flavorful. My usual is the Breakfast Mac, which is made with bacon and ham with a seasoned fried egg on top. In fact, I get this so often that the staff is learned me and my order! I worked at this restaurant to uncover any hidden secrets, but there were none! The prices are reasonable and they are able to accommodate many allergies. I thoroughly enjoyed working there and the boss really took care of us. The only challenging aspect of the job was resisting taking home mac and salad every day. I highly recommend trying the cilantro noodle salad and the mango habanero mac, but making them yourself is also a lot of fun! If you're looking for a fantastic place to eat or work, I highly recommend Mix n Mac.
My grandson the mac cheese gourmand gives them four stars. The food is fresh and hot, but nearly every item on the menu is in the $8-$10 range, so it adds up quick. The place is not really conducive to dining in, which we did, and everything is served in take out containers. So overall, it was a pleasant enough experience, but it's one of those deals where once was quite enough.

Really big mac n cheese selection and I've thought every one I've tried is delicious so far, especially the mushroom and the scampi. The portion size is great for the price and it's very filling. Everyone has been super nice when we've stopped in to order too! Definitely worth giving it a try if you haven't been before. We will be back!
