They advertise that they close at 9 pm but when I went to order at 8:35 they told me that they were closed.They might be honest in their closing time that no one will be served prior to 30 minutes to closing time.I guess I have to go find another restaurant before I go back to this place.UpdateI was able to make it to sushi queen and they took my order at 8:55 which is t minutes before closing and they served me.I’m not sure about quality etc but service needs way more help then quality.
A favorite of mine for an early or a late lunch-the value can't be beat! The sushi at Miyama is the standard by which I rate any other. The lunch special at $9.95 for 2 rolls or the $12.95 bento box that includes soup and salad are great value for a light but filling lunch. Because the restaurant is right up the street from my home I'm a regular and always warmly greeted and taken well care of by the owners. Note: they close for an hour or two between lunch and dinnertime.
Miyama is a charming little restaurant located in a shopping center, nestled between a coffee shop and a salon. My family enjoys a variety of dishes, from the appetizers—my kids particularly love the Rock Shrimp while I prefer the dumplings—to the sushi, hibachi, and noodles. I would give the food a solid 4.5 rating. The restaurant is clean, the service is attentive and friendly, and their take-out is just as delicious.
This is a charming little sushi bar with a relaxed atmosphere and pleasant décor. The service is reliable and the prices are fair. However, the only drawback was that the sashimi wasn't entirely fresh. While it wasn't awful, it was slightly unappealing and definitely affected my overall rating. Réservez une table maintenant
Overall pretty good, worth the trip, the overall ratings are a start too high. The Yakitori was fresh, smart portion. The AAC roll was fresh and light, the Tempura Chicken roll was hot, crispy and tasty. The avocado salad was creamy and crisp. We would go back, hope it is just as good.
I visit this restaurant quite frequently, and I always enjoy the sushi! My favorite is the selection of sashimi, but everything I've tried has been delicious and prepared quickly for pickup. I highly recommend this quaint spot, whether for pickup or dining in. Food: 5/5
I had an incredible sushi experience at a very affordable price! I will definitely be coming back, as I can enjoy lunch here for roughly the same price as sushi from the grocery store.

I was let down when Miyama changed their tempura seafood combination; the pieces are significantly smaller now!
