Absolutamente exquisito desde el trato recibido por el personal ; atentos ,amables y acogedores , hasta el jazz que suena de fondo . En cuanto a la comida , no tenemos palabras para describir lo maravillosamente delicioso que estaba todo. Calidad , presentación y tiempos de espera por los que daría mas de cinco estrellas si se pudiera . Mi más sincera enhorabuena a todo el equipo. Sin duda repetiremos.

Tenía muchas ganas de ir a Miyama pues tenía muy buenas opiniones de amigos que sí lo conocian. Ayer tuvimos mi marido y yo el placer de disfrutar de un menú exquisito y una atención por parte de los camareros estupenda! Volveré sin duda, pues nos quedaron platos por probar Muy buena relación calidad-precio Restaurante de 10!!!
Un cliente japones me recomendó Miyama como de los mejores restaurantes japoneses en España, y la verdad que su recomendación ha sido perfecta. Recomendamos el menú degustación y terminar con el sushi flambeado... Delicioso absolutamente todo. Hemos estado en el local de Gran Vía, y el trato ha sido muy bueno, impecable.
Excelente relacion calidad precio. Servicio y atencion magnificos. En nuestro caso pedimos un tartar de salmon, tempura variada, makis de salmon, y unos makis de philadepia y otros diablo que estaban de lujo. Dos postres buenísimos agua y cerveza por 84€. Totalmente recomendado
El de Flor Baja: mi preferido desde hace años, el mejor japo de Madrid, con diferencia. Tartar, nigiri de salmón flambeado, toro, negitoro, maki de atún picante... Todo, todo, impresionante. Ellos, muy profesionales y servicio perfecto. El mejor.
