MIZU Sushi-Bar - Réservation de table

Wir waren das erste Mal im MIZU und waren sehr angenehm überrascht. Japanisch essen ist natürlich nicht vergleichbar mit bayrischen Schmankerln, jedoch so stimmig und auf hohem Niveau zubereitet machte es uns sehr viel Freude. Der Service war sehr freundlich und die Beratung zu den Speisen sehr gut. Das Auge isst bekanntlich mit und konnte sich nicht beschweren. Noch nie habe ich so leckeren und auf der Zunge zerfallenden Kabeljau gegessen. Der Rest war auch toll, lediglich beim Sake warnte mich die Bedienung, dass es geschmacklich nicht für jeden ist. Und dies traf zu, mir schmeckte Sake nicht so gut.

after 1 -1.5 hours uphill, the wallberghaus is everything they thrive for. a great view, a very beautiful terrace, white beer and a very nice menu with local specialties or classic dresses like white carving. the atmosphere is very relaxed and the staff is friendly and attentive. this is really a place to visit, even or especially when it comes to something.

we visited usa and some friends from Germany showed us the area. we drove to the top of the mountain and then went over to dinner. it was about a mile walk right down, which means that it was too foot. a mile up back. the locals had nothing to do with it, but it was a challenge for me. the view of the rear deck is stunning and eating is excellent!

Ich gebe dem Mizu 5 Punkte aber nur für das Sushi.das Preisniveau ist hier leider sehr weit oben angesetzt das man es sich nochmals überlegt hier essen zu gehen.Ich würde mir auch wünschen das man z.B zum Tartar etwas Brot bekäme aber nein vielleicht ist es unüblich ? Wartezeiten auch etwas zu lange . Réservez une table maintenant

very friendly staff, immediately a menu in English and service was very good it is white economical season so many options on this local dish and of course pork in different guises on the menu. we had a jolly evening and would not hesitate to go back.

Ich hab noch nie so guten Seidentofu gegessen! Kann man den bei euch bestellen??? Das Essen war wahnsinnig gut, japanisches Fine Dining, ein Genuss für Gaumen und Auge.

Himmlische Shushis, fantastischer Fisch, supergute Desserts. Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Speisenkarte wechseln monatlich, der Service ist super.

Das Essen ist fantastisch im Mizu. Das Essen aus dem a la carte Restaurant konnten wir auf dem Zimmer genießen und war sehr gut. Réservez une table maintenant

So gut war Sushi noch nie. Das Menu war hervorragend. Der Wein ebenso. Jederzeit würden wir wieder dort zum Essen gehen.
