Mocha Cafe Diner - Réserver une table

Really disappointing visit! Visiting this beautiful town and thought we 'd stop for a spot of lunch. Ordered the BLT 1/2 pounder burger of the special menu (not a chance did I get home made chips). My partner ordered a double cheese half pounder. This came as a quarter pounder. When he politely said he ordered a half pound burger the male making the food rudely grabbed the ticket and said 'Well that 's not what you ordered ' and if you want that then you 'll need to pay for it ' Clearly the polite young lady on the counter made a mistake with the order to which we have no issue and my partner would have happily paid any difference in price to get what he ordered. Honestly quite shocked how the cook talks to people, shouting at someone in full view and hearing of everyone telling them to use old potatoes, swearing away at his staff and calling them idiots. Table was absolutely filthy, really gone downhill.

not only the best place in the city one of the best in uk beautiful staff and always eat fresh my little young favorites my one mile. usually go there twice a week sometimes more come here for over 20 years

Lovely staff lovely food and tasty thickshakes I don't know why all these negative reviews. I went for some lunch during my brake and got to take away its not my first visit and I have never had any issues.

I was in the mocha 50 years ago! They moved after 25 years. still the best place for an breakfast and good service and still from the same local family! Hopefully it won't take so long until I get back.
