Thankful they're open late (until 11pm) but the night staff had a lot going on during my visit. One person was working on online orders but dancing, singing and yelling out loud with headphones dangling out their ears. Do your thing or whatever but they were clearly in the way and you could sense the tension between the staff. The other employee was greeting, building pizzas, cooking them and running the register. From start to finish on a Friday night at 10:15pm it took about 25 min for an in person order of 3 pizzas and we were the only ones inside that did not have an online order pick up. I have specific dietary restrictions, which were handled without any issues, and my husband can be quite particular as well. Our order was perfect. Additionally, while in most pizza places it would take over 30 minutes to get our order, we received everything in under 15 minutes.
We decided to dine in, which turned out to be a great choice. It allowed me to observe the staff interacting with other customers, which was impressive, as well as how they utilized their downtime. They were constantly cleaning! During the entire time they had no customers, they stayed busy, never wasting a moment scrolling on their phones or chatting. Typically, we enjoy the pizza at MOD, but our recent experience was a bit disappointing. The restaurant was unexpectedly messy, so I took some photos for this review. At first, I was reluctant to share this because the young staff members were very friendly. However, when I got home, I realized that the pizza crust was burned. Come on, guys, you can do better than this! MOD is usually a fantastic quick choice for my family of five, but please make an effort to keep the place clean.
This restaurant has a pleasant ambiance. Today was my first time here, and I found the crust to be somewhat disappointing—it lacked flavor and was quite ordinary. I'm not sure if this place will become my favorite, but the staff were very friendly. The highlight for me was definitely the hot honey sauce! I would recommend stopping by for the salads rather than the pizza, especially if you're looking for plant-based dining options.

I like all the veggie options available for the pizza. The spicy sauce is good and I love that they have plant based options although they can use a better vegan cheese choice. I always order no cheese.
The food was amazingly fresh! The employees spoke with a good mannered voice. When I was enjoying my pizza everything was clean from head to toe. I will be coming back.
I was disappointed with the cheesy garlic bread as it seemed to be lacking in garlic flavor. It was slightly salty, but there was no noticeable garlic taste.
Exceptional service and fantastic pizza! The crust is delightfully thin, which I truly appreciate, as it gives the pizza a lighter texture.
