Mod Pizza - Réservation de table

I understand that everyone is trying to keep things low-key, but I think the right approach would be to either turn off online ordering or adjust the readiness time for pizzas. While I see the effort being made, it feels like the desire to make good profits might be conflicting with the willingness to prepare pizzas or manage the volume of orders. Perhaps management should reconsider their strategy. I waited over 40 minutes for a 6-inch pizza. Honestly, even a single star feels like more than what they deserve. That said, the staff were very nice and clearly under a lot of pressure—they did their best.

After the first incident, I informed them of the issue, and they encouraged me to give them another chance. So, a month or two later, I returned, and the same thing happened again! When I called to report the issue, the response I got was, “we were really busy,” said in a rather annoyed tone, and then the assistant manager hung up on me. I could hear conversations in the background, and it was clear that nobody addressed my concern, which I found to be quite rude and disheartening. I'm not suggesting that all locations are like this, but I personally won't be returning to this one.

I'm recreating from a perspective of Door Dash, not from customers. Some of the staff are very polite and helpful. Some of the employees should consider getting a job from the customer service. That's my second time when I get in there and I'm badly treated by a blond curly woman. Tonight was my last time. I decided to leave her a review instead: get a new job because your attitude sucks! I'm a nice person, I treat people with respect, you should try it sometime! Will not be back!

For a chain pizza restaurant, this place is just tool cool. The service is always friendly, the place is super clean and they do a lot of community work. That alone makes it great, but the food takes it to another level. The pizza is thin and crispy being wood fired. The no name cakes are like lux Ring Dings and even their salads are good. I've been visiting this restaurant for several years, even before it became vegan. I've witnessed its ups and downs, and there were times when the service was chaotic. Recently, however, things have improved, and the addition of vegan sausage has provided another excellent topping option.

I didn't have a decent veggie pizza in a while. With open mind. Tina was so helpful. It was fantastic, the taste is so good. It was perfect in every way. Try the roasted garlic with your habits. The ranch above is added bonus. Let's go. Tina you Rock thank you

Nice place to eat. The concept works very well. Unlimited pizza toppings, unlimited salad toppings and a wide variety of them too! Salad works is going down! They also have all natural sodas in glass bottles and other tasty treats. Definitely worth check out!

Pretty cool place. Takes about 8-12 minutes to make the pizza. Super fresh.. the place is also really clean and the staff 10/10. Definitely will be coming back. Also pretty reasonably priced. Réservez une table maintenant

Usually the same girl makes my pizza, but someone else made it today and put only a few of the beats I asked and left my pizza partly cut leaving super wide pieces.
