we opened this place 1., I think it was 1 of the best spots around the food service was phenomenal! last visit I went for a pickup that stood there for about 15 minutes, while some of the employees had a full convo. not 1 asked if I needed help. When I finally approached, the child hardly recognized me. he only moved in the direction of the wall. while my commands are hidden on a rack, others become cold. super disappointed. these are the things that good customers lose forever.

Yesterday they served me a half-baked pizza. the manager of this mod pizza location claims that this is very normal and there is no excuse. When I refused to accept it, they made me a new one. I never go to her location again.

Pizza was delicious! But the young man behind the counter wasn't excited about seeing customers coming in at 8:30. From the minute we walked in he was mumbling under his breathe about more customers coming in.

Best pizza I have ever had and I love pizza! I also have 50 years of pizza eating experience. I think that is enough said.
