Moderato - Réservation de table

Moderato… Great place for Italian food in Doral! I had the chance to eat there a couple of times and both times were great. I rarely go out of my house to have pasta; I think I can make a very decent pasta dish myself at home. However, at Moderato you are going to find an extensive menu with great dishes to share. The portions are generous and well presented. The restaurant is well kept, and the service is outstanding. Last night we had the pleasure of meeting Daniela who took care of our orders, she did a fantastic job of explaining the dishes and was quick to make sure we had everything we always needed. There is plenty of free parking and the prices are fine.

I’m sure most of their food is great but I don’t recommend coming here on a work schedule. The pasta took my whole lunch break to make and the taste and quality was disappointing. Not bad just not impressive enough for a $50-60 bill.I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, a side salad, and a coke. $30? Sure. $50? Overpriced but then again it’s Miami…The waitress was very kind and attentive. She tried her best! Again, maybe just the wrong timeframe. I’ll try again.

It is supposed to be a very good Italian restaurant, but the pizza sauce is watered down and you can’t taste it.I was offered by the waitress very nice attitude one of their specialty dishes which is the Contadina di Manzo, Pasta served in a bread, the meat had a very disgusting flavor and could have been undercooked.Also, the person eating with me ordered the gnocchi and the plate had 13 gnocchi.I would not recommend it for people that have eaten real Italian food. Réservez une table maintenant

This place is very nice, as always very clean, our server explained all our questions regarding the entrees and recommended the appetizer that was very good, the wine list is small but a very good selection, dishes well presented and everybody was very please, my wife told me also the cappuccino was excellent. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

we have a reservation by open table for 31 December. when we arrived at 20:15 clock, the restaurant was closed. we wanted to call, but there was no answer. very disappointed as we have trusted the open table to have the offers of restaurants up-to-date!

excellent restaurant. great service, very good food, Italian taste. we were very happy. my only concern is that they calculate 18% of the “service fees”, I guess, type, but in the bill it seems mandatory. I would have liked to decide the order myself.

little confused our waitress. but don't look bad overall. beautiful environment, like a gourmet, anyway looks like a 5 stars cafeteria. 2 stars as restaurant.! paid by 25 for a pfund pasta. this does not work well after the whole day. Réservez une table maintenant

The food was incredible. Prices are high but everything was fresh and made to order. The restaurant was practically empty and still took a long time to get our food.

Food is excellent staff needs more training in service and in filling up wine glass when you spend money of wine bottles.......
