we were back in kassel after 2 days. but we have now experienced exactly the opposite of what we had experienced before positiw. the current salesman, woman bettina bush, was unfriendly, cheeky and prestige, that she culminated in telling me that they are filled up once. there are really hired who confused who is customer and who service provider. this person doesn't need people on sale.
