Moe's Southwest Grill

Trash. Moes rice has always been one of my favoriteeeee things grown up. I’ve been at Liberty for two years and don’t go to this moes often, sometimes I really crave it and hope this time will be better but im disappointed everyyyyy time. The rice is somehow never cooked right. Today it was literally the consistency of mashed potatoes and a disgusting amount of seasoning in chunks around the the rice. Couldn’t eat it. Me and my fiancé’s burritos just tasted like a sickening amount of rice seasoning. The employees are always sitting around at the tables on their phones cussing and being unprofessional, makes eating inside an uncomfortable experience. There seems to be NO accountability for the employees. It’s shocking. Today one of the employees kids was running around through the dining area and all through the kitchen. Was also running up to and being in the space of customers. My burritos are always bad. Most of the time they seem to literally just drench the inside with chipotle ranch. I don’t remember asking for soup. I always feel nasty after eating there and it’s ridiculously annoying when I spent $10 on a burrito. I don’t usually ever leave reviews or care much ab this stuff but this moes really is pretty constantly trash and I miss good moes.

Was going to eat here as it was my husband's birthday, but he couldn't get the app to work and they REFUSED to give him his reward. So we left and ate at Golden Corral instead. I mean, if you want new customers in today's economy, you should do what you can to accommodate them. Not going to spend hard earned money at a place that could care less about customer service. It was EMPTY in there. Turning away actual paying customers when your business is EMPTY is just not good business. App deleted.

It's true this location has its problems, but... looks like changes in employees and standards have improved the situation. I have a sharp chicken dish today... it was fantastic. Salad part was fresh and clean, spicy chicken has good heat on it. The store was cleaner than before. So, you keep a clean shop, serve fresh clean food with friendly service and I'm back.

Welcome to Moe's pretty decent food not like the way they have changed the order and service around how to order my food while I look at it instead of paying and going forward and then watching in them fix it not so that this should change in the old way......

Friendly and helpful staff in a busy part of Lynchburg near Liberty University. Chips fresh and beloved dives. The ground sticky, had to be chopped.
