Moe's Southwest Grill

For some reason, everyone feels a bit cramped in this place. I'm not sure if it's the thin walls, lighter steel, or just some larger guests, but it definitely has an effect. Regardless of the table's slope, the food still tastes great in my mouth. I'm always excited to come in for a stack, and they never disappoint. I've tried every possible ingredient, and they manage to fold and grill them perfectly every time. The stacks are really well made. The service is generally quite good, and the staff always seems to be in good spirits. This time, nobody shouted "Welcome to Moe's," but who really wants to shout through a COVID mask? The few good things I will say is that for one, the line moved pretty fast and for two, the food was great. But rude employees, yelling at customers to come in and shut the door and were very snappy with everyone. We go to sit and could only find one humanely clean table, no tables were cleaned off, chips everywhere, sauce everywhere. No napkins or straws to be found NASTY made my woman want to finish her meal at home

I'm not quite sure what's happening at this restaurant. I sat there today and found myself sweating beads down my face while I waited. I struggle with heat, so it became pretty overwhelming. The food was decent, and the staff were friendly despite how uncomfortable it was inside. However, the real issue for me is that the air conditioning has been broken for months.

the personal here has no sense of urgency, it is embarrassing how many people are about the things that need to be done, how are waiting for the guests. the back line is a dirty hot chaos and one of the workers keeps her towel that she uses on food around her neck. the franchise sector must do some serious work, or perhaps the health inspector if it is a franchise. What a shame, walked in here and knew this place would be a disappointment. Dirty tables and trash everywhere!! I go to order and they were out of most items. Ordered a steak bowl and it was awful. The meat was not cut and it was not cooked. Felt sick after eating here, and will not be back

This is disappointing. You might as well pay $10 for an empty container. The person who was making the food basically shook all the food out of the scooper and the container is not even half full. Just go somewhere else.

this place is quite downhill. vegetarian housewreckers. looked and tasted stale. salsa bar is almost empty. the store is dirty, the soda machine has a pool of water in front of itself. was never at a dirty place.
