Moe's Southwest Grill

We were particularly looking forward to the chips and queso, but unfortunately, they were so salty that we couldn't eat them at all, which was disappointing. Furthermore, while we were dining, some staff members were distracted, talking about how the phone kept ringing repeatedly. One employee seemed overwhelmed as she answered calls and locked the doors. We felt quite confused about what was happening, especially when I overheard the employee on the phone say something unsettling about a threat to the establishment. Customer service has gone downhill at this location. On a very slow day I went into this Delaware location and 3 employees were standing there. Not even one of them greeted me with welcome to Moe 's. "That is common now at this Moe 's "I would have gotten over that really quickly if they atleast greeted me when I was standing in front of them. Instead it was awkward silence until they eventually decided to take my order. The quality of the food has gone down so much I will either travel to a different Moe 's, or just stop going altogether. I highly do not recommend wasting your time at this location.

I visited the restaurant recently, and I stopped by again tonight. Unfortunately, it wasn't as good as I remembered. It made me realize why I had stopped coming. The food was decent, and the service was fine, but there was nothing that excited me or made me want to return. It seems like the quality may have declined.

Seemed very overpriced for the quality of food that was produced, unfriendly staff who were in a rush who only seemed to care about how fast they could get us through their line.

The service and decro was blah but one thing that I did not like was that the fabric on all the chairs were dirty/soiled. The bathrooms could do for a cleaning also.

Had a bad Uber eats driver, but maKayla went above and beyond to make it better when I came I'm fuming over the experience. Top notch staff! Thank you so much!!!

slow and bottom is sticky and disgusting. many commands are wrong. child-friendly: children's meals are reasonable if they remember to give the cookie.

they are not even open during hours of operation and don't even pick up the phone, would not recommend ever.i would rate zero but physically cant

Food is always fresh and accurate. Pick up times are fair and always ready when scheduled
