A traditional restaurant in Peñafiel with authentic food and variety of wine selection. Although I did not make a reservation and walked in, they tried to make a table for me and served the food with warm heart. As the food and wine with its authentic atmosphere, I had to return the restaurant and Noemi and her colleagues organised to reserve a table for me for following day and had a wonderful opportunity to enjoy their food once more. Highly recommend this place for anyone who travels/visits to Peñafiel and wish you would not miss this fantastic chance.
Reservamos mesa para 4 y nos pusieron en la planta alta junto a una ventana con vistas sobre el río ¡una suerte! La comida muy rica incluyendo el lechazo que lo acompañamos con una botella de rosé. Los precios muy razonables para la calidad/cantidad además de un trato excelente de todo el servicio. Sábado a medio día, lleno y bastante ágiles con las esperas. El único punto negativo fue que con el lechazo (previamente reservado) tienes que pedir y pagar aparte la guarnición. Volveríamos seguro.
Nos ha encantado el lugar, muy acogedor. La comida tradicional y producto de calidad. Las camareras cercanas y con buena actitud. Por sacar un pero, hemos hechado en falta una buena extracción para evitar tanto humo. El precio de la comida muy asequible pero desproporcionado en comparaciones con la bebida y el pan. Ej: Un cortado 2€. Igualmente, recomendable!
After 2 weeks and hundreds of Tapas options in Barcelona, Madrid and Salamanca, this was the first meal that I actually felt I was truly eating in Espana.
