Moma - Réservation de table

I visited this restaurant a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday night during my second visit to Valencia. We had a reservation elsewhere, but changed our mind last minute wanting a restaurant with more of a buzz . We tried the €16 taster menu and were blown away by the quality of food we were served for such a low cost! Living in London, and having eaten in great restaurants there, we were blown away by how tasty the food was for the price we were paying. The wine list was good, and presentation superb.The restaurant is small and intimate, with a good atmosphere. Service was a little slow, and not as attentive as it could have been. However, we put this down to it being a busy Saturday night....

Comimos un festivo y probamos su menú. Los entrantes ricos, muy bien presentados y abundantes. Para plato principal elegimos la fideguá de pato, foie y boletus. Espectacular y muy generosa. No pudimos con todo y nos lo pusieron para llevar. Los postres en la misma línea, muy bien elaborados y en cantidad. Es la segunda vez que vamos y repetiremos sin dudarlo. La dueña es muy amable y el local está impecable y bien climatizado. Mesas espaciosas y distantes unas de otras lo que garantiza cierta privacidad. 5 estrellas.

Brotal! a super complete 10 menu, with great rations, all spectacular, taste of the products, good oil, sausage bread tostadito very good, exquisite chipirones, diver with generous pieces of paella bacalado tremendously good, loaded with secrecy and foie, very good point of the rice, a lot of flavor, impossible to finish after so much food. coulante of spectacular chocolate and cheese baked. I didn't try, but the mother-in-law said it was delicious. is a privilege to have a restaurant of this category in rafelbuñol

Con respecto a la comida, los entrantes del menú todos muy buenos y recién hechos. Los primeros platos también ricos pero el arroz de marisco no sabía a nada. Por otra parte, el servicio muy lento. Casi 40 minutos para los entrantes. Se entiende que están recién hechos, pero teniendo en cuenta que es un menú cerrado y en todas las mesas sirven lo mismo, deberían ser más ágiles. Went to Moma in Rafelbunyol for Sunday lunch. It was excellent shared smoked fish carpaccio for starters; mains were lamb cutlets and fillet steak and desert was apple strudel. All was fantastic we would definitely return.

We had a great lunch at Moma. For starters we had the buñuelos de bacalao which were excellent, followed by roast leg of lamb which was very nice, with a side of patatas panaderas Service was very good. We will be back! !

Siempre se come muy bien, disfrutas de cada plato y si lo acompañas con alguno de los vinos que tienen en carta mejor que mejor. Delicioso desde el entrante hasta el postre Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

is a very quiet place with few tables. ideal for family celebrations. we ate wonder. excellent rice!
