cheap, simple and tasty. just a few streets away from the well-known burmese curry place, this ice cream is remarkably similar for about $8 they get rice two dishes, eat in or take away. all curries I tried were moist and tasteful (in contrast to bcp, where some dishes were slightly dry and bland) highly recommended.
... totally without a ruffle. order and pay at the theke from a limited selection of 7-8. no escape. no gloomy. but wow! tastes great!
I'll be here twice in the week. a tasty, cheap lunch with seating.
