Stayed there for 7 nights. Upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the beach and sea. Well worth the extra cost. The room was not large, hard to open wardrobe door because of bed. But that said, room cleaned every day and fresh towels. Continental breakfast but was fresh and there was plenty of choice. The receptionist was particularly delightful, we found staff across the hotel to be friendly and very helpful. At the time of our stay the restaurant attached to the hotel was closed, but I understand they are seeking to open it up as soon as a replacement proprietor can be found. There is a very good one 50 yards down the road. Would recommend. We loved our stay. Beautiful part of Franc...
Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel à plusieurs reprises. Cette fois-ci était particulièrement agréable car le restaurant et le bar faisaient partie de l'hôtel. Par le passé, chaque boisson et repas devait être payé sur place, mais maintenant cela peut être facturé sur la chambre d'hôtel. Le restaurant aurait besoin de personnel supplémentaire lorsque des groupes en car sont présents car le personnel se précipitait pour servir tout le monde. Cela dit, ils s'en sont bien sortis. Le prix d'un repas bien préparé en trois services était très compétitif. Le personnel était, comme d'habitude, amical et efficace, avec la réception toujours prête à aider. J'ai hâte de revenir l'année prochaine.
We requested a table to eat in this restaurant which was pretty much empty for the size of it. We were seated, waited 15 minutes for a menu, then another 10 before our order was taken. The staff were busy taking orders and serving French people who arrived and were seated after us. In fairness, the food was very good, but I've given it a poor rating due to the rudeness of the staff and very poor service. The view is superb - if you were lucky enough to get a window table. Sadly, we weren't.
Enjoyed a fabulous 2 nights here on our way back to the UK! Helpful and friendly staff and a lovely double room with sea view - listen to the waves breaking on the beach!Excellent breakfast and 3 course evening meal - good value for money - will return!
