We visit this bakery every week without fail and absolutely love it. We have tried several similar bakeries across Sydney, and Monamich definitely sets the bar high. They prepare your order on the spot, so everything is made fresh to order. The oregano Saj dough is thin and light, with a perfect slather of high-quality oregano and olive oil that creates perfection. As someone who uses oregano as a base in many of my dishes, I can tell when quality oregano is used, and it makes a significant difference in flavor. Monamich, please don't ever change your recipe - you guys nail it!

This charming bakery offers traditional Lebanese pastries and pizzas. One unique feature that sets this place apart from others is that each order is made from scratch, resulting in truly fresh and piping hot food. The downside is the longer wait time due to this method of service. However, it's a small price to pay for a satisfying meal.

Best bakery ever!!!!. I come here nearly every week!! This is the best Lebanese bakery !!! The staff are so friendly and always greet you with a smile!! everything is made fresh when you order!!! It's the absolute best and absolutely delicious !!!
