Monarca Gourmet Paletas

Went today and the kids had the fruity pebble paleta dipped in white chocolate and sprinkles and I had the Cookie Monster paleta burrito dipped in cookie butter and almonds. Seriously to die for! The place was so cute and clean inside, wonderful, friendly customer service and an incredible selection! Each flavor was labeled with notes such as dairy free, etc. We can’t wait to go back and try more flavors!

I've tried these twice at the Valley Junction Farmers Market, and they are absolutely delicious! The selection at the farmers market is limited compared to what's available in the store, so I highly recommend exploring everything they offer at the shop! I especially love the cereal paleta, especially when it's dipped in white chocolate with crispy rice! ?

The restaurant offers a great selection of paletas, neatly arranged in the display case. There are plenty of dips, toppings, and drizzles to choose from. The dulce de leche was rich and delicious, while the mango was refreshing and full of flavor. The staff were friendly and attentive. I can't wait to go back!

So tasty!!! Highly recommend! We don’t have anything like this near where I live. So glad we went here while I was in from out of town. I got the Oreo with dark chocolate topping and it was so creamy and good! I tried a bite of the lime too and it was so refreshing! Would definitely go here again.

This is such a delightful experience! I've visited twice – once for a cream-based dish and once for a fruit-based one. The staff is very accommodating with suggestions and extremely friendly. I appreciate that it's a local establishment! I wish I could try everything on the menu!

Damn. This place is so good. I couldn’t even get a picture before I ate most of it because it was so amazing. Little pricey if you get a lot of toppings but VERY worth it!

The dessert was great and the employees were very friendly. I wasn't sure what to expect and was impressed. It feels like a cut above your standard ice cream shop.
