Mondongo's Restaurante

Great restaurant with delicious food and wonderful services. It was my first time I had dinner here in this restaurant. I heard this restaurant from my barber and he was right. The food is absolutely delicious. Many people were in the restaurant, but the service was not slow at all. After we had set ourselves, the waiter came immediately and he was very friendly. The food was served quickly. And the taste was so delicious. I realized that this restaurant is more popular with locals. The price is very reasonable. Very recommended.

Colombian food variety tasting as it was home cooked. The vibe is more like a cafeteria with quite quick service. The place gets very busy, especially around lunch and dinner time, have a great selection of local dishes. We tried the “soup” Ajiaco (37000COP) and the empanaditas 3000COP (these 4 pieces as the name says, small pieces). The Ajiaco comes with traditional accompaniments (rice, banana, avocado, sour cream, bread) and makes a huge portion. LOVED it! For a taste of colombian selection, must visit.

This place is amazing. You must not miss the food and experience when you are in Medellin. Great fast service, delicious and very affordable food. It is busy during the lunch hours so you might have to wait a bit to get a table, but the line also moves fast because they have a lot of tables. I loved eating so much that I went to lunch the next day. Very recommended

Food was good. Typical Colombian food which is not my cup of tea. Lots of soups and stews. Potatoes, plantains and arepa to excess. Service was poor. Never came back see how we were doing. Took 15 minutes to get the check.

Worst service EVER!!!! Too long until they noticed I haven't get the menu. Too long to bring the receipt. Average Colombian food. Pretty much a tourist trap.
