Monmouth is a classic racetrack that hosts seasonal live races and features a William Hill Sports Book along with a bar and restaurant. There’s no denying the building has its age, but it is well-maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the bar food is surprisingly good for what you'd expect in this setting. I had to visit this place to handle a few things, and I was pleased to see that they are checking temperatures at the entrance. Food and drinks are not permitted, which means you have to wear your mask the entire time. The track building is extremely clean, and everyone seems friendly, doing their best to adapt to the new normal. They are enforcing social distancing measures, which is reassuring. Overall, it feels good to be able to manage my bets and wagers in a safe environment.
This is easily the worst sportsbook I've ever visited. It's cramped, slow, and not clean at all. There aren't enough windows to place bets, the staff is impolite, and security directs you into lines that are too cramped. Do yourself a favor and use DraftKings or FanDuel instead of wasting your time in this disappointing betting parlor.
My sister and I went because I own shares on a horse who was racing. The staff was so helpful, welcoming, and attentive. Not only did they provide excellent service they went above and beyond to make sure we knew where everything was since it was our first visit to Monmouth. We look forward to visiting them again!

Fantastic time! Spent almost 4 hours there, had a wonderful lunch of burgers, chips, fries, popcorn, soft pretzels and wine! Bet on the horses and was never rushed to leave our table. Service was friendly and the restaurant was great!
The chicken salad was served at room temperature which did not make us feel like the kitchen was running properly and chose not to eat it in lieu of getting sick from un refrigerated Mayo
I absolutely love it! The atmosphere is great, the drinks are enjoyable, and the food is delicious. There’s plenty of activity happening, so you definitely won’t get bored!
It was as nice to sit in air conditioning and enjoy the races by the finish line. Easy to make bets and enjoy the day
