I was able to confirm with the chef that they are vegan-friendly. They mentioned that they used to use honey, but now use agave instead. I tried the butternut squash and roasted tomato salad, as well as a yellow rice and olive salad - both were delicious, although a bit oily. The large bowl cost $7.50 and the small bowl cost $6. They do not have vegan cakes or sandwiches, but they do have vegetarian options. I also enjoyed alternative milk with my meal. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The owner of this restaurant is an incredible man from Italy, just as lively and passionate as all Italians tend to be. Customers leave the restaurant feeling joyful after meeting him. Mono is the only place where they can enjoy top-quality coffee. I highly recommend it!

I really enjoyed this restaurant. The food was healthy and delicious, the staff was friendly, and they had a fantastic selection of classic vinyl records. I will definitely be returning!

I absolutely adore this place! The atmosphere, coffee, cake, music, and service were all fantastic. I can't wait to return!
