I visited Brooklyn again and needed a gas stop as well as some wine bottle openers to bring a bottle to a family member. The female staff member who assisted me was fantastic. She was incredibly friendly and very helpful. I asked her to play Powerball, saying that if I win, I'll share my luck with her. If not, I'll still leave with a beautiful memory of her smile and the lovely atmosphere. Thank you for making my visit worthwhile!
The man at the counter asked for my ID, but as I was handing it to him, he kept asking for it multiple times. He was too preoccupied with assisting the guy behind me at another register to even take my ID and scan it. This was a really poor experience in terms of customer service.
On Sunday at 6:15 PM, the lights turned off, and there was someone inside, but the doors were locked. It was quite odd.
