Unfortunately, I left my wallet behind and didn’t realize it until I returned to Helena. I called right away, and a staff member assured me they had my wallet. The manager promised to call me the next day to arrange for it to be sent back to Helena. I worked with the manager, Nate, who was incredibly helpful in figuring out a solution.
To my surprise, Nate later texted me to let me know my wallet was on its way back to Helena, along with a complimentary coffee! I can’t thank them enough for their honesty and exceptional customer service. I’m now a devoted fan and can’t wait for my next trip to Whitefish so I can thank them in person.
Great coffee and pastries. The line was long and the pastries I had decided on were gone by the time I made it to the register. Chocolate milk is not sold and asking for it to be made seemed to confused the ladies prepping the coffees. The coffee and pastries were very tasty.
This is an overpriced public relations lesson for the Texas owners of this establishment, who shouldn't sue legitimate Montana businesses. They should focus on improving their own product instead. Remember, neighbors don’t sue each other, which means you’re not one of us.
Terrible service. A lot of people behind the counter without a clue. Waited in a long line to order. Then took 20 minutes to get a Bagel, which was cold by the time I got it. Coffee was average. Not sure why this place is popular.

Montana coffee traders Italian roast is the best coffee I have ever tasted However. 2weeks ago I paid $12.50 a pound today….$16.98 I am out Lost me as a customer I am really sorry to say That is absolutely outrageous!!!
This café is a must-visit if you appreciate high-quality coffee and find yourself nearby. Their selection is outstanding, the shop has a charming ambiance, and the roastery tour on Tuesdays is truly captivating.
We stayed at North Forty Resort and they got coffee from Montana Coffee Traders for the cabins they rent out and this coffee is delicious. Will be a added stop for coffee on our next trip to Glacier.
The folks in this place are fantastic. Helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Most importantly, they know how to consistently roast beans...and their coffee is delicious.

The huckleberry lemonade is amazing, coffee is delicious and the food is yummy!! The staff is super sweet. You will not be disappointed!
I found a large bug in my coffee. It was inside of a 16 ounce drip coffee. Disgusting. Pretty poor customer service.
