I love the theme they have inside and the homey feeling making it great for dates and family dinners. we were quickly seated at a booth and given menus. I was shopping with a friend nearby when we decided to get something to eat and saw Montana's. Parking was hard to find because of the movie theatre next door but we eventually found a couple of spots. We were seated promptly and a server stopped by to say hello and asked us to give him a few minutes. No problem, it was busy. I rarely give a restaurant such a low rating. But there were issues that warrant a 2-star rating. Both our dishes were served lukewarm. When we pointed this out to the server, she said that was impossible because my friend's order was just made so it must be hot. But, it wasn't. Why was the server doubting us? Strangely, she didn't say that my chicken tacos were just made. Finally, she took the dishes away. When she returned them, they were no hotter. Had a very enjoyable experience tonight at this location. My server was amazing . His name is Dip you would be lucky to have him take care of you. I opted for the regular order of pork ribs with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. The ribs were meaty but on the dry side. The bbq sauce was delicious. It's their signature blend and available to buy. I wasn't impressed with the mashed potatoes but did enjoy the coleslaw. The ambience was pleasant and comfortable. A nice bar feel. I was on my own and didn't feel the slightest bit awkward. Ordered steak, med done. Once it came i cut a piece and blood ran out, send it back and tgey put tge same meet on grill, cut it in half, same thing it was rare. Spoke with manager and he wanted to tell the kitchen put the same meet back on grill and i said , better bring a new steak, after 10 min waiting at tgis point everyone at the table were done with thier food and ready to leave), cut again and same rare steak. Finaly i told tgem i dont want it any more, and the manager said ok i will not charge you fir it then like he did me a favor). The chef's should go back to school and learn how to cook steak. The fish and chips is what my mom got and they were very good. The breading tastes similar to a Popeyes biscuit so I would highly recommend. The lunch trio is very good if you are not sure what to get because they have a variety of half sandwiches a soup and a salad. However the brisket was a bit dry in the sand which. The fries were also very good. I really liked the Strawberry lemonade although it was a bit concentrated. The place was very clean with a paper over the tables to help with spilled food. The servers were very nice and we got our food pretty quickly. Overall I enjoyed going here.
Good food, good service, and good ambiance. The service was ok, had to ask when our food was coming. The Sirloin was ok, doesn't taste the same as the Keg, the Rack Ribs was good, and the Chicken Caesar Salad was good as well.

Signature chef suggestion: enjoying the fried chicken w gravy and my dog on their patio. Friendly service; offered my dog a bowl of water! Food came out warm and in good time.
Food was awful. Dry, overcooked etc. Service was fine .. I was reminded why I haven't been here in a very long time and won't be visiting again.
