Montana's Bbq Medicine Hat

Our first order was a problem. We both ordered Steak and were presented with courts that were far overtaken. Our server offered to get the manager and maybe discount on our bill. Our answer was not positive. Then she apologised and returned quickly to inform us that the kitchen would replace them and they would be out in less than 5 minutes. This was indeed the case and the rest of our experience was very positive with perfectly prepared foods.

Poor service from waitress. To be fair a large hockey team came in right after us. Restaurant was not prepared. Had to track down server to request bill and get take containers.

The first time back, as it was absolutely wonderfully reopened from the step into the door until it is all well done, as well as the rear room staff, which are often missed.

The waitress was very attentive. The food was brought out in record time and was delicious. We really enjoyed each other.
