Firstly, if there are items on the menu that are unavailable, it would be extremely helpful to inform customers before they spend 20 minutes deciding on their choices. For instance, we discovered there was no paprika for one of the starters, and later we learned that due to an overwhelming demand for the vegetarian pizza, we would have to choose something else because they had run out. There’s a Morrisons just down the road, so it would be great if they could stock up better. Additionally, at the end of our meal, we were told that our bill had accidentally been deleted from their system, so we wouldn’t be able to receive a copy, but they assured us they had calculated the total correctly. I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food, beer, and venue were all exceptional. We dined in for dinner, and the price per person was around £20–30. I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service also a solid 5, and the atmosphere was equally impressive at 5. I highly recommend trying the garlic bread!

The staff at Monte Forte Reigate, were professional and polite. Adam and Jamie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The pizza they served was better than anything I’ve tasted in Italy or anywhere where else in the world!! 10/10

The food was excellent, but the music was so loud that it made conversation impossible. We asked the staff to turn it down, but it just got turned up again. Who actually enjoys loud music while dining?
