L'un des meilleurs restaurants de la région, sinon la région. Les menus inventifs combinent la cuisine traditionnelle Gers avec des approches contemporaines et créatives. Toujours des choix merveilleux avec des ingrédients locaux et saisonniers, tels que de délicieux gravlax de truite pyrénéenne, entrecote de veau dans la sauce au fromage bleu (local) et parfois avec de beaux huîtres de l'Atlantique saumâtre. Très bonne valeur pour une préparation aussi réfléchie et élevée. Il vaut la peine de vérifier leur page Facebook pour les mises à jour du menu, et le menu week-end vaut le coût supplémentaire. By chance we had lunch and a very nice surprise. Warm welcome, terrace or large refreshing room. Varied menu, regional and homemade products, a treat and what's more, a reasonable price, €20 starter, main course, dessert. Don't hesitate, I recommend this very good and pleasant restaurant.
