We researched the best fish and chips in Mablethorpe and discovered that Monty’s comes highly recommended. It’s conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the Mablethorpe ice cream shop, tucked away on the corner of a side street. We opted to sit outside since we had our two dogs with us, and the weather was beautiful, though there’s also a dining room available. We each ordered the large haddock with mushy peas, and the fish was freshly cooked in beef dripping, resulting in a wonderfully flaky texture with a light batter. We enjoyed a fantastic meal of fish, chips, and mushy peas today. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the service in the dining room was prompt. I was visiting Mablethorpe on my birthday, and the owners kindly offered me a complimentary can of soda when they learned it was my special day. Thank you so much! We hope to return very soon.

I usually don't write reviews, but omg I had 2 years ago fish and chips from here and loved it, I really wanted back! yesterday I had the chance and wow the best fish and chips I've ever had! How do they do that? I don't want to wait another year to try the again well made montys!!!!
