Mood St Laurent

we had a good meal here on the last day of our 6-week French and Italian trip. we chose the restaurant from the massive number page along the strand mainly on the basis of tripadvisor reviews and look at their website. while the personal was friendly and competent and the dishes were well presented, we have delivered more joy and excitement in many restaurants in frankreich gedimt. I don't like to criticize a passionate chef who obviously worked hard to bring this institution into the world. everything seemed from the book, but the aromen did not reach the next level. it's like hearing a tributband. not like the original. the price point approaches the fine eating. we expected more.

très joli restaurant, gentils serveurs, cadre agréable. Les truffes étaient délicieuses, j'ai apprécié.
