The food is fantastic and healthy. It's as if hipster Brooklyn was brought to Fort Lee. My personal favorites are the pollo pesto sandwich, bliss bowl, pollo asado bowl, and the caprese sandwich. The desserts are healthy and delicious as well. The menu is huge and incorporates all kinds of foods: smoothies, meal replacement, bowls, salads, sandiwiches, wraps, paninis. The interior design is a bit iffy, but it's constantly improved. Has a small selection of groceries as well.
I typically visit this restaurant for lunch, and my favorite dish is their special Pollo Asado. They offer a wide variety of sandwiches, bowls, and salads. The names of some items can be a bit tricky to pronounce, so I prefer just referring to them by their item numbers. There's parking available in the back, but it can be really challenging to find a spot during lunch hours since the lot is quite small. Overall, it's a great spot for lunch with excellent service.
One of the few healthy places in the neighborhood. Lots of salad, sandwich, bowl, parm, and smoothie options. They use avocado oil which is huge! Lots of veggies and protein option for less sodium with a healthy choice of oil. Definitely a pickup place. There are only 5 table for two people. Bright and welcoming, as well as the man at the register! Although he was busy he still greeted me while he finished his task which I appreciate. I got a chicken sandwich called I’m hot and it was!! Had really balanced spice level that provide flavor and heat. So delicious! We were in the area and this shop turned up in my lunch search, and I chose it for the many vegetarian options. My sons had a special and liked it, and my husband and I both enjoyed our sandwiches (It's Not a Cow and Just Eat Me; bonus points for clever names). The pasta salad on the side was really good too. Kudos for order online and a first order discount plus rewards options.
Moodwitches and mood food are both exceptional in the neighborhood. The food is outstanding and inventive, the atmosphere is vibrant, and the staff are friendly. I feel good spending my money here because I get nutritious meals that fuel my body while supporting a fantastic local business. It's one of the best, if not the top, places to grab a cup of coffee on Sylvan.
Very chill little place. Everything is made from good quality ingredients. Things are a bit more expensive than say, a bodega but it's a cut above. They always have nice atmospheric music playing from the SONOS sound system, which I like a lot. A lot of clean and interesting menu choices. Recommend! PARKING OUT BACK off the main street or in front on meters.
The food is delectable, not ruim, but not deliciosa. Before the registradora, the people are not very simple and always had attitude. I had a blta pelo that lasted for about fifteen minutes, so they could give me an alface. When I get home and I don't eat, it's always an issue. Food: 1 Réservez une table maintenant
