I discovered Moon Mart by chance when I noticed a line outside and decided to give it a try. The pork tonkatsu was exceptionally fresh and flavorful, and the side dishes were equally delicious. The strawberry matcha drink stood out as a real treat—absolutely amazing! Just a note: the prices are on the higher side. The service was top-notch, with a friendly and attentive waiter who regularly checked on us. Overall, dining at Moon Mart was a fantastic experience! The menu offers a great selection for lunch. The fried pork katsu featured a thin batter, paired with a refreshing iced chrysanthemum tea infused with pandan leaf. However, the bread was too thin to balance the large pork katsu. The salty mustard and Bulldog sauce complemented the dish. Paying $3.50 for a store-bought hashbrown felt overpriced. Service was lacking, as the food was served without cutlery or napkins, which I had to request twice.
