I arrived at the restaurant on Monday, September 14th at 9:00 and was met with a very rude worker when I asked a simple question about breakfast. Despite her unpleasant demeanor, I proceeded to look at the menu to make my selection. When I needed another sandwich, the worker didn't offer, so I had to ask. She slammed the toaster door and seemed threatening when inquiring about my order. Despite her behavior, I remained polite. However, I did not thank her when she handed me my sandwich due to her previous rudeness. In response, she aggressively shouted "you're welcome" at me.
I tried a pastrami- New York deli style sandwich. The pastrami was home cured, and by god the attention to detail in the product really showed. Easily the best pastrami I've tasted. The whole thing was properly delicious. This is an independent eatery that takes total pride in it's food. There's a Subway about 50 metres away, but in terms of quality and provenance they're many miles apart.
Excellent service and absolutely amazing quality food! very efficient with my telephone order ready in minutes of ordering which was fab as only half an hour lunch break and most of all, the most amazing baguette i have had in a long time. THE best place to go for some lunch without a doubt!!
I'm lucky to work near this sandwich shop, but I would recommend the quick trip to this side of Lancaster. Its on a nice street which is seeing a lot of improvement. Generous fillings with fresh food I like the wraps and there are hot and cold drinks. Oh and a small seating area.

The man is skilled at making sandwiches, but he could be more diligent. He opens and closes the restaurant whenever he wants and works at a slow pace. I wish he would take his business more seriously and work towards growth and success, rather than taking frequent breaks.
The food at this restaurant was of amazing quality and the staff were lovely and friendly. The service was really quick and the sandwich I ordered was outstanding. My partner also thoroughly enjoyed their meal.
Worth a visit here. Ciabbata full of very fresh ingredients. Avocado sliced to order. Much much better than sandwiches from competitors. Will definitely return here.
Outstanding food no comparison to any fast food chain other than; faster, tastier, healthier, more filling and better value. Keep up the great work

Great sandwiches fresh ingredients and tasty. I think charging £2.50 for cheese is steep though considering its a cheap ingredient.
A great spot to grab a yummy sandwich for lunch. Staff are friendly and the food is fresh and quick.
