Mooyah Burgers, Fries Shakes

I just took my family out. All our burgers (even vegan) were burnt. The fries, however, were all cold (both kinds). The soda even tasted off. The Dr. Pepper wasn't working as it ran clear. All around, my whole family said they wished they had eaten at home and my youngest son even said he would never go there again. The manager was super aggitated so I didn't even try to get anything fixed. Who knows what I might have gotten. I watched younger a worker spit some sort of food into his glove and only change the gloves after he saw me looking at him. Yuck! So bummed I spent my money there. As a family if five, though the sweet potato fries have a good taste, I will spend my moeny elsewhere. Veg...

The burgers are tasty, but I wouldn't recommend ordering takeout if you're planning to get more than five. None of the burgers were labeled, so everyone was touching them to figure out which one was theirs—quite unappetizing! It would be helpful to have some way to identify each burger. I spent nearly $100 on five burgers that were handled by everyone else before I could enjoy mine. When I called to share my concerns, the girl on the phone just said, "We don’t label our burgers here. That’s just not how we do it." Overall, my takeaway experience was disappointing.

The food took a bit longer to arrive than I expected, and the fry oil could use more frequent changing—my homemade chips were just shy of being burnt. The soda from the fountain was flat, too. However, the staff were friendly. This was my first experience at Mooyah, and I found it a bit disappointing compared to Five Guys or Smashburger. I'm not sure if this is the usual quality, but my visit was lackluster. Meal type: Lunch.

Quite the disappointing lunch$14 for overcooked fries and maybe the most dry hamburger I’ve ever had. Really ruined my lunch break. It was just awful. I will stick with 5-guys if I want an overpriced burger and fries in the future. McDonald’s is terrible..but that would have been better. Great food every time! But the floors are slippery as all get out all the time. I slid right into the bathroom. Thankfully, that was where I wanted to go! Be careful in there. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
